This is a Good 90 Day Routine

I’m just about to give up on the whole thing. I just can’t seem to keep myself focused for as long as I need to in order to get the results I want. I end up working out each day for about a week, and after that I decide to take a little break to let my muscles rest. The problem is that I never seem to get back into my full routine afterward. I just lose all my steam, and I can’t get myself motivated to start it up again. I need something to help me stay on track and keep me accountable to my routine. It has to be long enough for me to start to make progress too. Otherwise, I’m going to get extremely frustrated because I’m getting no reinforcement for my efforts. I think as long as I see some muscle growth I’ll feel a lot better about doing all this exercise, and it’ll be easier for me to get pumped up about it. What I really want is a good 90 day workout routine. That should be long enough for me to really feel a difference when I get done with it. Of course, I’m not going to stop at 90 days, but that’s a good period for a routine to last before taking a short break. You have to have some time for your body to recover after all. I’ve been looking around online for something that would fit the bill, and I’ve seen a lot about the p90x workout. I think it is just what I’m looking for, but I’m a little worried that it might be a little too intense for me at the moment. I’m really just starting out with this whole muscle building thing, and I don’t want to try something that’s going to be too tough for me. I am afraid I will end up hurting myself or just hating it too much to continue. I think I might be able to tough it out though. I’ve been reading over some reviews, and there are other people that have used it as a starter routine. They seem to be getting along fine. I might try the p90x at least for the first 90 days and see how I like it. I can always slow down or something if its too much for me. I think it gives you options for a less intense version for people just starting out anyway. I’m going to try to do as much as I can though. I don’t want to be doing the easier exercises just so I don’t hurt as much. That’s just going to inhibit my muscle growth in the end.
