Picking the right bay window treatments can take a lot of time and energy, but you should consider more than just curtains or blinds. Screens can have a great impact on the bay window area, and can add a nice touch of class and style to the room.
Rather than going just for plain tab top curtains or venetian blinds, you can purchase a set of screens and create a nice private luncheon area. Sheer curtains on the windows will let the light in, and a pale screen will offer the privacy as well as making the area look better.
The two most popular screen designs are oriental or classic. Oriental designs get their style from ancient Asian screens, and are usually adorned with beautiful images of flowers or birds. Classical designs tend to have the same images, but with a European touch. You can also get plain screens without any designs.
